App – The Navus mobile application.
User – Any individual or business entity using the App.
We/Us/Our – Dreaming Rose Limited, the creators of Navus.
Subscription – The monthly access fee for the app features (Ksh300 after trial).
Users must be at least 18 years old.
By creating an account, you confirm you are legally authorized to operate a business or manage business data.
You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Multiple users may access the same business account if granted permission.

🎉 Navus offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features.
After the trial, continued usage requires a monthly subscription of Ksh300.
Payment reminders will be sent before your trial ends.
💰 Users who refer new businesses receive a 40% discount on the next subscription cycle.
Ensure business data entered into the app is accurate.
Maintain confidentiality of business accounts.
Follow local laws and regulations regarding business operations.
All user data is stored securely via Firebase.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.
Data is accessible only to authorized users and administrators.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
Canceling your subscription will restrict access to paid features but your data will remain intact for reactivation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the app.
Users may delete their accounts at any time from the settings menu.
Navus is a tool to assist in managing business operations but does not guarantee business success or financial outcomes.
Dreaming Rose Limited is not liable for any data loss, user error, or business losses incurred through app usage.
We may modify these Terms occasionally to improve the service.
Users will be notified of any major updates, and continued use of the app indicates acceptance of new Terms.
